Amal Toba
Founder
I have a long history of experience working within welfare and health institutions.
I have always believed that every place I enter deserves to be better when I leave it. I do not walk into a room simply to exist in it. I look for what can be strengthened, repaired, or uplifted. Whether it is people, systems, or small unseen details, I give my energy to improving what is already there. For me, progress is a responsibility, and I carry it with intention wherever I go.

Siam Ghanim
Founder & CEO
I studied psychology and treatment work involving animals.
I am the one who does the undone things. I notice what others overlook and step toward the tasks left waiting. I do not shy away from what feels unfinished or inconvenient. I believe that real impact often hides in the quiet work that no one rushes to claim. I move toward it with focus and care, because completion brings balance and purpose.

Our Story
Plaster for the Soul began with a simple yet powerful idea, to bring care, healing, and hope to those who need it most. It all started when Amal Tobeh and her daughter, Seham Ghanem, realized that in the Druze community in Israel, there was a deep lack of support for women in need.
Drawing on their years of experience managing other organizations, they decided to take action and build something of their own, a safe space where women could find help, understanding, and strength.
What began as a small initiative to support women with disabilities has grown into a wide-reaching community movement that stands beside every woman facing hardship, from those living with violence or poverty to mothers seeking child support and emotional healing.
Today, Plaster for the Soul is not just an organization; it’s a family of people and partners working together to heal hearts, lift spirits, and remind every person that they are never alone.
