At PLASTER-for the Soul, we deeply appreciate every donation and ticket purchase made to support our mission. All funds raised go directly toward helping women in need and supporting our programs.
Please read the following terms carefully regarding donations and event ticket purchases:
Monthly Automatic Donations
You may choose to set up a monthly automatic donation to support our ongoing work. You have the right to cancel or stop this recurring donation at any time.
To cancel your automatic donation, please contact us at least 5 days before the next scheduled payment.

Or by sending us Cancellation Form Down the Page
Once we process your cancellation request, your automatic donations will be stopped, and no further payments will be charged to your account.
Non-Refundability of Donations
All donations, once made, are non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your generous support, and due to the nature of nonprofit contributions, we are unable to return or refund any donations, including:
• One-time donations
• Honorary donations
• Special event donations (unless ticket-related, see below)
However, if you made a duplicate donation or an incorrect amount due to a technical error, please contact us immediately, and we will assess the situation.
Event Ticket Purchases
If you have purchased a ticket for an event organized by PLASTER-for the Soul, you are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
• If you request the refund at least 5 days before the event date
• If the event is canceled by us
To request a refund for event tickets, please send a cancellation request down the page
Provide your full name, ticket details, and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds for tickets are not available if the event is held as scheduled and you cannot attend, unless otherwise specified.
Honorary Donations
If you have made a donation in honor of someone (for the Honor Wall or similar purpose), please ensure that all information is correct before submitting your donation. By completing the donation, you acknowledge that the name provided may be publicly displayed on the Honor Wall.
Honorary donations are non-refundable, as they are a special recognition of individuals who are being honored.
Service-Based Payments
If any payments are made for services, events, or goods, and you feel there is a legitimate issue, please reach out to us directly for assistance. We will address concerns as best we can, but please note that services and event-related payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you will be informed accordingly.
