About the Role
The Instructor works directly with participants and plays a central role in the organization’s activities. The role includes participating in therapeutic sessions, leading workshops, organizing and facilitating educational and therapeutic activities, and taking part in community events. The position involves teamwork and direct engagement with diverse populations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Therapy, Social Work, etc.)
Fluent Arabic
Strong communication skills and ability to work with groups
Ability to work in a team and speak in front of an audience
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with nonprofit regulations and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
English proficiency
At least one year of nonprofit experience
